For the medical community building cohorts - populations based on specific factors and conditions - is a complicated, necessary task. Our team reimagined how it would be best to tackle this experience.
Our dedicated research team member produced a report after a month of interviews and product walkthroughs. Kate is an example persona, one of four.
Our kickoff included a thorough overview of the report which detailed specific areas the app could improve.
The product team operates out of England, which made ‘whiteboarding’ tricky. Technology makes the world flat however and we could communicate in real time during the kickoff workshop.
Population specifics were at the core of our work, using the filtering and conditions related to assembling specific sets of adverse events, medications and procedures to drive the bulk of the experience.
